"In The Nick Of Time..."

...I came up with an Illustration Friday sketch
and threw in a digital flip for fun!
Whew!

Illustration Friday: "Subterranean"

“Not in Utopia, subterranean fields,
or some secreted island, Heaven knows where!
But in the very world,
which is the world of all of us,
the place where in the end
we find our happiness, or not at all!”
~
William Wordsworth

Having all these daily deadlines for your various themes sure puts presure on you and you come up with something beautiful time after time. On top of that you have to search out a relevant piece of prose all to keep your admiring public happy - and that you sure do!

As Joan said... I admire your tenacity to get so much accomplished, and so beautifully done.

I love the orange netting. You make the 'unwelcome' things even have a place of beauty ;)

As always, I love it. I love the way you trade around black and white. What a treasure you are to be able to learn from. Keep it up

Well, I agree with what everyone else said and also want to add that you always pick the perfect writing to go with it. I love this one. It reminds me of one of my favorites, "The way is not in the sky. It is in the heart." ~Buddha
.
Great job Margaret...again!

It has so much style in it! I really like the negative version actually, it's quite dark and spooky but it radiates with a lot of cool underworld aura =) very very different and I love it!
