It all started in my Canson sketchbook

with a simple circle...
then it blossomed into cactus inspired buds...

and blooms.

Then my mind told my hand

to keep adding layers upon layers of color. Finally,

I was forced into

double dipping within my

Microsoft Digital Editor options menu

choosing both

a delightful color flip and a textured mosaic

all rolled into one!

Wheeeee!
I just couldn't help it!!! LOL :)

I love days like this!

...is the very first entry in my new

zen(tangle) journal.

I am keeping this journal for the sheer fun of it...

it is a place for me to artistically play

whenever my pen gets

the urge.

I want to experiment

with shapes and lines and volume and patterns.

I want it to be easy and free...

no stress allowed...

no preconceived notions allowed...

no expectations allowed...Yay! :)

Hopefully, this journal will grow and I will enhance

my artistic spirit...
