"Despite Being Neglected..."

...Overgrown...and prone to infestation...








...Nature still found a way for my Illinois garden
to bloom.
We must each must do the same for ours spirits and hearts.
Bloom today...
bloom as brightly and beautifully as you can...
...despite it all!

Great photos Margaret. .. and lovely prose. All my hostas are now going over as the sun has disappeared and we have dull, cooler and at long last damp days.Its been such a long dry summer here in Norfolk, the farmers are in trouble.

Love seeing all these bloomin plants. A client tells me to put a plant in my office for more oxygen when I yawn. LOL I probably should do it.

Here in Oregon, slugs are the major plantain challenge, but surely it's something else where you are.
