Opportunities...

...by the "van loads"...
and even...

the "worker loads"...
a total of five at one point buzzing around
outside and inside
each attentive to their own craft.
And...each
a golden opportunity
to sketch without even leaving the house this morning.
And...
can you believe
everyone arrived right on time???!
What a down home-jolly good contractors' party we had!

"If you want creative workers, give them enough time to play."

Wonderful sketch, Margaret! Are you doing some renovating?

Btw, you are more than welcome to use my Sleeping Buddha picture for your art reference....guess you will have to squeeze him in among all the Egyptian themed drawings. ;)

Love the sketch. It seems odd to me to be blowing the lawn instead of mowing the lawn if you see what I say. :)

Gee, this looks SO familiar, but it doesn't look Egyptian lol. For those of you not in Arizona, blowing leaves and raking stones is a normal activity--no lawn-mowers here.

You've made great use of them and they obviously sparked your creativity!

Even the mundane chores look delightful in your sketches!
The guys that do our little patches of grass here just mow, blow and go!
