"Hearts, Anyone...?"

How about a whole Valentine's day week
filled with them?!

Introducing here to you today...
the first in my "Black Heart" series of
art designs drawn with a bit of an
urban edge.

"One of the hardest things in life
is having words in your heart that you can't utter."

Beautiful! I am going to Embroider it on a nice linen piece. Just for me of course.
Love its intricacies.
Will have to break my promise to my self and show you the one I always put on letters posted to my Sons.
Looking forward to the rest.
Hope everyone is healthy.

Great idea for a week of hearts. Not sure if it was you creating these daily for us, or whether it was in invite to join you. However, tight pen or pencil work is a bit out at the moment as my left thumb is really bad and its too painful to hold anything tightly. Brush is fine, so I might go for that instead on the 14th. Love your delicate lace work.

My daughter and I have been looking for a tatoo to memorialize my son who passed away in a motorcycle accident. His name was Kristian. I wonder if we might use one of your hearts for our tatoos? We were thinking of something that had a skeelton key in it as we both wear one to remember him, and something in the shape of a bracelet to tatoo around our wrist. If you get any ideas we'd love to see them. this is beautiful.

The Gypsy loves this - earrings, tatto - would look great. I love the striking contrast with the red and the edges. Can't wait to see more.
