"Art washes away from the Soul the dust of Everyday Life" -Pablo Picasso
Hi Margaret, I have enjoyed visiting your blog. Your drawings are so very good! I 'specially like your botanical drawings and the black and white designs.... hey I like it all. Clare.
Margaret, that's a fun and beautiful page! Thank you for sharing it with us on EDM! I like that your Chickory's white, ours is blue.
Another lovely journal page...and you even know the names of all the plants in latin!
what a delightful page to look at.and your blog plays music too, how clever.
I don't comment often, but I love your drawings. And this one is really lovely.
Thank you for the kind words on my blog. As I look over your posts I have the feeling of peace as I spend time in a well tended garden. Nice work! Make some more eggs and gourds.
What a pretty layout...nice work, Margaret! :)
wow...now are those considered zentangles on the side. I love this.sandy
Another Sandy here - Great page, very creative and beautifully colored, I too use the hand book journal, I love it for many reasons but find WC will not flow and becomes dull when dry - do you find that, or maybe I should concentrate on pen work more. Yours looks Great!
Oh this is a beauty page!!! Love your outline of zentangles to enhance the whole thing.
Thanks everyone...it's really fun to combine different looks here and there...I am glad you are enjoying that. Hey Sandy...I have not yet used watercolor on my Hand Book Artist Journal...I was hoping to do that sometime soon...One of the reasons I thought it would be good for watercolor was that the paper was so nice and heavy..YIKES! now I'm concerned...I'll keep you posted on what happens! :)
