Margaret, Your daily journal pages just keep getting better and better. You can even make the auto repair shop fascinating. Shirley http://www.paperandthreads.com
Uh oh, I have the new brake rotors appointment in my future too. It's next week, and my checking account and I are a little worried. Hopefully I can get a great drawing out of it like you!
I hate service stations they're almost as bad as the dentist. ...which makes me think (at the risk of distancing you) I'll be looking forward to your rendition of that ordeal.
Thanks for all the comments everyone...I blush..WooHoo!
Alan and Shirley...As annoying as servicing the car can be I can't tell you how fast the time flew while drawing! Shazaaaaam! :)
No Way... Bummer!..and in cold weather too...double ugh! Like I mentioned above the drawing did help...some...Good luck! :)
Thanks, Amy. I like to do grids like this when I don't know exactly how much time I will have to draw...like for instance they took my car away before I could get some good lines on it...so then I went to the stack of tires...etc. :)
Neil, Ha HAAAH!!! I will make it a point to do a dentist grid some time just for you!...EEE...OWWWW! :)
Forever young...Wow! an ocean apart and still the same every day auto annoyances...sorry about that...An "EDM" is an Every Day Matters drawing sketch theme inspired by Danny Gregory and the Everyday Matters Yahoo Group...here is a link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/everydaymatters/
It's a great goup of people who love to draw and fiddle around with their art...very low key and fun! Come join us!
I haven't been to visit your blog for ages, Margaret so there is a feast of your beautiful intricate designs and drawings to appreciate. I particularly love your cactus drawings.

Nice layout!
What a great way to pass the time while you waited! This is nice. Love this style, with the small sketches grouped together like that.
