Ahh yes cottonwood snowfall. Makes my allergies go berserk. I hate the stuff. This isn't in Arizona is it??

Oh gosh yes. It is happening here too. I sneeze and have watery eyes this time of year. I am sure this is part of the culprit.

Our neighbors cut down their cotton trees this year. Thank you neighbors. We saw a lot of this stuff drifting around too. It is horrible breathing that into your nose. :/

That's happening right now in my neighbourhood, too. The other night a big wind came up like a tornado and the fluff started swirling in circles and being lifted high into the sky. It looked like a spring snow flurry, only with cotton.
