Oh so beautiful! Thank you for creating this wonderful painting! I am a real lover of La Luna....and sadly, could not see her last night..we had a huge storm! (But I knew she was there, hiding behind the clouds.) Desert views are always extraordinary - and you have captured this moment!
another beauty Margaret; what a great thought to have captured the super moon in your art. I did look out to the moon also; it was still there on an early morning walk today too. Always enjoy your fabulous, colourful art, and especially the cacti and flowers...
This is EXACTLY what I saw last night, sans cactus :)
My camera wasn't behaving so all I got were blurry shots, but I did see it in all it's fiery glory as it crested the land. Wowza!! Just like this painting ;)
Oh I just love it! I used to live in the desert and I commented on Saturday night that I wished I had been there to see the super moon. My husband told me it probably looked the same there and I said, "nope. The moon always looks bigger and brighter in the desert." Thanks for sharing your lovely piece to remind me of the lovely desert moon. :-)
Did you have a clear sky that night? It must have been a beautiful sight. We had overcast skies and did not see the moon. Your painting is gorgeous!!!!Lise

Beautiful, compelling work!
Beautiful! I saw a moon like that last night =) Gigantic!
Wonderful, very 'you' drawing. In Virginia we had a clear bright night, but I would have loved to be in the dark desert to see it!
Hello Margaret,
What wonderful colours!
Fantastic artwork.

beautiful use of watercolour.
This is a beauty. I am so sad that we didn't get to see the moon these past few days (nights). It has been so cloudy. Booo... Happy spring and HCM.

Wasn't that moon incredible!? Wonderful piece!
Beatiful!!!
Your orange moon is beautiful and so are the sparkly cacti. It reminds me of the moon in "Joe vs the Volcano"
Ooh, gorgeous! We were rained out here. I envy you.
