Your art is wonderful and i just love the Russian proverb! I enjoyed the previous blog too. Do you know..living my retired life I am more and more just living with the season and more and more ignoring many things..and I have never enjoyed a winter so much. I notice nature more. I feel very lucky. I am intrigued by your batik art. I would love to know the process.
Since many of us have been looking at the meteor showers this week this was a perfect quote. I love the artichoke. At least that is what this looks like to me.
I remember when I was a kid and I had to walk to school way early in the morning(like 5:30am) and every once in a while I get to see some meteor showers just appearing randomly... it's beautiful just as your drawing ^^

The perfect quote for IF and a beautiful piece to go with it.
Good quote and illustration, very apt.

I love the way your colors mingle!
It's still worth the gazing :-) especially at art as lovely as yours.
Your colors are stunning.
