"The Western Wallop..."

There will be big...I mean BIG, BIG, BIG,
snowfalls
in the high country of Arizona
this week.
We, here in the valley, just weathered "Punch #2"
of a "3-punch" storm
coming in off the Pacific Ocean
which is
to drop as much rainfall here in the desert
in 5 days as we have had
in several months!
Things are pretty chilly, damp, and soaked.
We really DO need the rain...
but
Oh!...to be "snowed in" (with supplies of course)
in a cozy cabin in the mountains,
a roaring fire, and
oodles and oodles of time to draw!
Ahhh...Pass the hot cocoa please...Mmmmm!

I love love love this Margaret!!!!
I'm a tree fanatic though.

Funny how I'm not minding the eastern weather at all. I wish we'd get another big wallop here! It's a cozy feeling to be snug and warm in the studio ;)

This is supposed to be a tough winter in the west from what I'm hearing. Stay warm and dry!

Love this lacy look, both white and black and black and white.

Your storm missed us and we were looking forward to having some rain.

Good luck in the snow - hope you have plenty of provisions and chance to get some local snow scenes for painting. Love the lacy effect of this post.

Well Margaret get ready...we're having another biggie hit us today which will probably hit you soon. Today is supposed to be very intense. Got my candles ready!
.
This tree, as usual, is wonderful. You amaze me with how much fabulous stuff you are able to produce.

It might have been clearer if I mentioned I'm in Southern California...the gateway to your storms!

Another Californian here, but up north, and yes we are sending it your way. 'Thunderbolts and lightning, very, very frightning!'
