"Just Chillin'..."

...and hoping that looking at this might cool me down.
Dang! It's HOT!!!
...115 degrees high here this past week...
...WITH humidity...
(cuz it's our so called "moonsoon" season now.)
Have a cool and refreshing
Cactus Monday all!

Oh this does sound very hot and uncomfortable.
I doubt whether Jane Austen would have had it quite so hot..although England does have the odd heat wave.
I wish I could send you a bit of the pleasant winter we are so far enjoying in NZ!

Love your cactus in the snow! I changed my screensaver yesterday to a photo I took last winter of our porch in the snow. It is so hot here in Missouri and the humidity and dewpoint are out of this world--it's like a sauna!!

i just came in from trying to clean up the patio weeds and sweat is running down the sides of my face!

I think I'll just sit and stare at this photo for a while :)

it looks like a prickly popsicle!

Yes, it's horrifying. I'm so sorry for you because you're even hotter than we are! I was there in monsoon season and we saw HAIL. It was so weird...

This is pretty!

What a great picture! Man that is hot. My sister lives in Phoenix and it was 116 a few days ago. Wow! I don't think she has humidity though.

Dreaming of cooler day I see!

Not much monsoon activity in Tucson either but at least we are only about 104. I spent a couple days in Maricopa and my car thermometer said 119 one day. Was I ever ready to see Tucson again! We have clouds in the afternoon and evening but only a few drops so far. My poor plants are soaking up the water faster than I can apply it.

I feel like that cactus without the cool factor. Inelegant for sure.

Wow! I will not complain about Alaskan summers....well maybe a little. It's a lovely 60 degrees this morning with rain..Rain yesterday and the day before and for some time before that and rain expected tomorrow and several days after. But at least it's not 115 - I would not survive.
