"Sonoran Moonlight..."

...painted first on some Ampersand Claybord
which has a really unique surface
and then
etched out for details
using simple scratchboard tools.
(Size 4"X 6")
Really intriguing and fun to make!
Maybe...give it a try!!! :)
For sure...have a Happy Cactus Monday!
May tonight's moon etch some magical memories
for you, too!

“Moonlight is sculpture.”

I knew this was a different medium just by the glow it has!! OMG, I love this! I think I have a piece of clayboard tucked away in my supplies. You've inspired me (again!)

I would like to try to do this sometime but I have no idea of what you said to do to create this beautiful piece. It is mysterious to me. HCM
