"I Could Not Stop Myself..."

It all started in my Canson sketchbook
with a simple circle...
then it blossomed into cactus inspired buds...
and blooms.
Then my mind told my hand
to keep adding layers upon layers of color. Finally,
I was forced into
double dipping within my
Microsoft Digital Editor options menu
choosing both
a delightful color flip and a textured mosaic
all rolled into one!
Wheeeee!
I just couldn't help it!!! LOL :)
I love days like this!
(My Muse does too.)
(BTW...Original is approx. 6.5" square...images enlarge with a click.)

Awesome! It's so beautiful! Although, I like the original way better than the computer-filtered one.
One can see that you had fun with it, it just radiates joy :)

I'll just have to trust you that there is a simple circle in there. As always, love your creation!

This is beautiful! I love the layers of colors used. My muse doesn't work like this, though I'll not criticize the way my muse does work. I'll just be satisfied seeing the beauty yours creates!

Beautiful and fun. I like the original better though, the colors are vibrant!

Do you think your muse would like to come visit me too? I seem to be in a bit of a slump right now.

Terrific symmetries! I like the colors the most really..how they dissolve and form into another solid tone... it's a great combination of soft and solid, color and monochrome. =)

Another beauty to leave a part black and white makes the piece so interesting!
