"Another Series Introduction..."


...my "Au Natural Desert Series" ATC cards...

shown for the first time here
for your Cactus Monday viewing pleasure.
Both cards are painted with lots of luscious metallic colors
on paper handmade from crushed sugar cane fibers.

omg these are wonderful too....i am all a 'dither' now. i don't remember which atc cards i swapped with you, did you get mine? did i ask for some of yours...eeeek.... help! and hcm fellow cactuteer there's an award for you on my blog today.

Oh, these are so beautiful! The handmade paper is what really makes these go to another level. I bet the metallics are just beautiful in real life.

these are great! I really do love that sugar cane paper that you are using ... and the Prickly Pear with it's rainbow of colors is simply gorgeous!

One of these days I would like to trade ATC's with you ... it would require me actually making some myself ... one day. :)

Whoa!!! What texture. Awesome stuff!! I was so tempted to paint an atc today but I really have to chill a while so I don't melt down :(

ATCs whao! And on paper made from sugar cane (is it thick)... will have to check out this substrate.

That sugar cane paper looks fascinating and the metallic colors look perfect for cacti. Chain-fruit cholla are interesting. I wonder how many is the most fruit anyone has found in a single chain.

Whew! I can't seem to make these fast enough...The above two cards have now been taken...Please look for new ones with cactus on natural paper hopefully sometime near the end of next week!
