...Oh, for SURE...
by the sheer anticipation
and
joyfulness of every Cactus Monday!
This is a drawing of a favorite bracelet of mine purchased
from a local artisan
the first year I moved to Arizona.
Can you name all these Arizona "charmed" plants?
ANSWERS from L-R:
* Senita or Organ Pipe-cactus
* Saguaro-cactus
*Agave-succulent-used for making Tequila
*Ocotillo-tree
*Prickly Pear-cactus
Well, how did you do? LOL:)
A Final Note:

Wonderful drawing! This charm bracelet look fabulous!
I only knew the prickly pear and the saguaro - I love the detail and subtle colors in this sketch -
What a wonderful drawing...the bracelet looks real. Having been a midwesterner (Michigan) my entire life, Kathleen you did better than I did...I didn't know any of the cactus without looking at the answers. I have heard Arizona is beautiful...a fellow worker lived there ... she does beautiful southwestern pottery.
I'm "cactus-challenged" so I didn't recognize any except the saguaro, but I love charm bracelets. Your drawing is excellent....so much detail!
I love the way you wove the charms with Cactus Monday and the olympic (which I am loving also). And I knew all the answers :)
Happy cactus Monday!
Beautiful drawing and a beautiful bracelet. I like to buy jewelry from local artisans.
this is a real beauty...and the men were too!
happy cactus monday!
Very nice take on Cactus Monday! I knew three - saguaro, agave and prickly pear although I wasn't sure if the prickly pear was prickly pear by the charm. Being as I live in Arizona, I should probably know them all!
we have a new cactuteer:

This is an absolutely gorgeous drawing!!! You are so fortunate to own the actual bracelet!!!
ooooooooooh, VERY gorgeous, Margaret.
You make everything beautifully.
I can see why this bracelet is a favourite....it's beautiful!
