Guess What I Am Doing Today...

Did you guess flying???
Yep!
I am heading back to Arizona and the warmth of the desert.
It was 44 degrees...breezy and overcast
with a 37 degrees windchill in Sycamore yesterday...
and
when I talked to my dad in Arizona
he reported dry, sunny, desert temps of 104!!!
I guess one could say
we will have experienced quite a few highs and lows
by the time we land.
These sketches above were done on previous trips
back "home" to the desert...
and
I plan to continue the tradition on my trip today
as well.
Look for my efforts in a blogpost sometime next week.

is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious.
And why shouldn't it be?
—it is the same the angels breathe."

Love your postings...your artwork is so inspiring to the wannabes on EDM, like me.

I live in the Mojave Desert in NV...we're a bit cooler than AZ, but this is the best season, Fall. I so look forward to the fall and winter when the temps require a light jacket. Our days are mostly sunny throughout the winter, which I love. Glad you're heading home to warmer climes.
