I giggled when I looked at this. I started a yoga class about three weeks ago. Geez. This looks like she came from another world. Not mine. ha... I just want to be able to sit comfortably on the floor. tee hee...

Lisa's comment made me giggle. I was thinking if only I could do the very first pose and stretch my fingers like she did. I'm walking now. that's my new exercise. I may not look beautiful, but it's something I can do!

If only...................wow! How impressive. The potential of the human body is amazing isn't it? To think with practice I could have been her. If only...................
I do a feel-good "downward dog" I think it's called at the end of my morning stretches...but I doubt I will have anything like her grace and agility in this lifetime.
